My professional journey in the estate agency industry began in 2003 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator, I worked in North Kent and covered some parts of Greater London.
In 2009, I was offered a position in the Medway Towns and never looked back. Fast forward to September 2021, I decided to embrace this new and exciting challenge of starting an Estate Agency almost from ‘scratch’.
We have since expanded our Lettings and Property Management services as well as launching a Sales Department, to include a dedicated financial and legal services division, providing mortgage advice, conveyancing and probate services.
At haus, we’re focused on making the process of buying, selling or renting properties easier for you, the customer.
We have worked hard to develop an estate agency that provides a service a cut above the rest. We feel our ‘moto’ illustrates exactly what our intentions are – understanding your needs and making them ours – after all, an estate agency is a ‘peoples’ business where quality of service makes all the difference. We know every sale or let is different, and it’s our aim to deliver a friendly, personal and professional service at all times.
We brought together a team of like-minded professionals, some already with many years of experience in the industry and others with no experience at all, we care about you and Customer Service is paramount to our business. Each of our team members shares my vision to create an estate agency that will adjust to the evolving needs of its customers – a place where nothing is too much trouble. We have been tenants of Haus Agents for a few years now. Renting a large Bungalow in Rainham. If we ever had a problem with anything they was straight on it. The staff in the office are so friendly, always happy to help with a friendly smile and very polite. Especially Tess as we spoke to her most. Guys that came round to sort things and do tests on gas and electricity to be safe with certificate were very helpful and friendly.

We have just moved out now as finally been able to buy our own house. We gave our months notice in November 2021 and as buying a new house nothing is straight forward and they kept having to move moving in day. Haus has helped me so much throughout my time of finding my first property to ever live in. They have always been there when I needed their help and went above and beyond for me. They have always ensured the property is at a high standard and if there were any issues to contact them straight away.
Absolutely amazing service. I first contacted Haus regarding a property that after viewing I wasn't too keen on. I had been looking for a property for months and I just thought it was a case of going back to the drawing board and to just keep looking. However, the team at Haus didn't forget about me and once another property came on the market which fit my criteria, they rang me and we were able to organise a viewing the very next day. This was what I appreciated the most, the majority of real estate agents I was contacting at the time never got back in touch with me, but with Haus, they kept looking for properties for me and contacted me right away once they found something.
The team are incredibly kind, they really care about helping you and making sure everything is sorted for when you move in. It was really lovely meeting Rafique and Rose, they were both so sweet, they made the process so easy and never hesitated to explain anything I didn't understand.
I'm now happily sitting in my flat thanks to them, I 100% would recommend this agency to anyone looking.
My experience of using Haus Estate Agents to guide me through my first rental property has been nothing short of outstanding. I found that as a first time renter more difficulties than I anticipated owing to my self employed status. I began to think it wouldn't happen at all. I did not count for the massive empathy and understanding of the Haus team who helped me more than I could imagine. Even the referencing service they used was above comparison in that you could add explanatory notes and upload additional supporting documents or bank information. I certainly recommend this firm to anyone and I would definitely use them again if I chose to move on at some point in the future. I remain very grateful for their support and assistance.
